1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Raznar, also referred to as 'We,' 'Us,' 'Our,' or 'The Company' in this Agreement.
You: The individual using the service.
Terms and Conditions: Form the entire agreement between The Company and You regarding the use of the service.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Disagreement with any part of these terms prohibits access to the Service.
Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance. Your order becomes effective upon receiving confirmation that it has been fulfilled, and payment must be received before services are provided.
You confirm being over 18 or having parental/legal guardian consent to access the Service. Those under 18 require permission to use the Service.

You are solely responsible for activities on your account. Keep account details secure and report any unauthorized use promptly.

The subscription period starts upon service activation, renewing every 28 to 30 days until canceled by You.
Non-payment will result in service suspension two days after the due date. After an additional three days, the service will be terminated, and all data deleted permanently.

Refunds will not be processed if the cancellation request is made after the policy agreement period has elapsed.

Refund available within 2 days of purchase (some services excluded). Offer limited to your first service on your account.

Doing a chargeback will result in immediate termination of services and ban from all future use and purchase of the Company's Services.

We do not back up Bare Metal Dedicated Server or VPS services. For Game Hosting services, while we may back up, we do not guarantee against data loss or corruption.
You agree to maintain Your own backups of any Content. We provide support but are not liable for successful content restoration.

We may suspend or terminate your server if it's regularly attacked, causing disruption.
No network attacks allowed; services are unmanaged. RAM and CPU are plan-restricted.
Automated backup plugins or scripts are not permitted as these may cause massive disk usage which can result in negatively affecting other customers services.
Cracked or nulled mods/scripts/plugins may result in suspension to prevent disruptions for other clients.
Server CPU-intensive usage over an extended period may be suspended without warning to prevent causing any issues for other clients.

Content uploads must not be unlawful, obscene, or threatening. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, unlawful activity, viruses, and DDoS attacks.

Each product specifies bandwidth limits. Exceeding limits may result in network speed limitation until a bandwidth add-on is purchased.
No guarantee of throughput speeds.

All included MySQL Database(s) should not exceed 10 GB. Excessive database files may prompt actions, including suspension or termination.
Stay within the storage limit; exceeding it may result in warnings, termination, or suspension.

Purchasing a Minecraft Service requires agreement with Mojang's End User License Agreement (EULA). Violation may result in service suspension.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at Our discretion. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate Your Account immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
