Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question that hasn’t been answered? Click here for further help.

Is the hosting protected from DDoS?

No worries! We use advanced DDoS protection from GCore & NeoProtect up to 6 Tbit/s, so your server is completely safe.

Is the ping stable?

Relax, our premium network in South Jakarta with a 20 Gbps uplink keeps ping stable at 3–18ms, even for major ISPs 👀 — no need to mess with proxies.

Can I renew anytime?

Absolutely! You can renew service anytime via the billing page without changing your IP or specs.

Where are the servers located?

Currently, our servers are in South Jakarta, focused on Southeast Asia — so your ping stays fast and prioritized.

Do you own your hardware?

Yes! We manage all our servers & storage ourselves, no third parties involved — so there’s no risk of lost data or hidden shutdowns.

Does setup take long?

Usually 5–30 minutes depending on the game & configuration. Could be instant or slightly longer.

Can I change the game software?

Definitely! For example, in Minecraft, you can switch to Paper, Spigot, or Fabric anytime, and it’s ready to go immediately.

What are the server specs?

Our servers use the latest AMD Ryzen CPUs, ready to handle all your game servers like a champ! 🔥

I want to buy, but I don’t know how to use it

No worries! We have a complete guide on our website, and our support team is ready to help you anytime.

I heard Singapore servers are better than Jakarta?

Not true! Raznar’s South Jakarta servers give you low, stable ping every time. Don’t just take our word for it — check out our users’ reviews!

Does it have autobackup?

Yes, we do have auto backup every 24 hours, with up to 5 snapshots. It is automatically activated when your server is active, so you don't have to worry about data loss.

Does it support non-premium players?

Yes. You can allow non-premium (offline-mode) players by disabling online-mode in your server configuration. Keep in mind that turning off online-mode also disables Mojang account authentication, so anyone can join using any username — make sure your whitelist and permission setup is configured correctly to keep the server secure.

How many plugins can I install?

There is no fixed plugin slot limit. You can install as many plugins as your server needs — the practical limit only depends on the RAM, CPU, and storage included in your chosen plan. We never restrict you to a fixed number of plugin slots.

Does it support modpacks?

Yes, we fully support modpacks and even provide a one-click modpack installer in the control panel. You can install popular modpacks from providers such as CurseForge or Modrinth without uploading and configuring every mod manually.

Does it support Bedrock Edition?

Yes, of course. We support both native Bedrock Dedicated Server for pure Bedrock gameplay, and Java Edition servers that Bedrock players can join through Geyser (often paired with Floodgate). This lets Java and Bedrock players play together on the same server.
